Pokemon Black & White Getting Special 3DS Compatibility Apps
Pokemon Black and White 2 will be launching on the DS, but they can also be played on the 3DS thanks to the system’s backwards compatibility support. But, in order to enjoy the full 3DS experience, users will be able to download some apps to go with the games.
The first of the apps is the Pokemon AR Searcher, which is an AR shooting game. Pokemon that you capture in this app can be brought over to your Black 2 & White 2 games. Pokemon AR Searcher will be available on June 23 in the e-Shop and will cost ¥300.
The second app will be an update to the Pokedex 3D app, titled Pokemon Zenkoku Zukan Pro. It will be released on July 14 and will cost ¥1500.

New screenshots of Monster Hunter Tri G for 3DS.I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical about having this on a 3DS. These screenshots look fantastic, however. The interactive map on the touch screen is pretty flashy, and I think rolling through your inventory on the bottom screen will add a new dimension to the game. I wonder how they’ll repurpose the item selection button…
